Today, Xiaomi officially announced that the Redmi K30 Pro will make its debut on March 24th.

Some leaks have swirled on social media that the Redmi K30 Pro will be available in standard version and zoom version.

"Zoom Version" seems to reveal this version will be aimed at zoom. According to some rumors, both main camera and telephoto camera of the K30 Pro Zoom Version support OIS optical image stabilization technology, and the camera performance will be significantly enhanced compared to the previous generation - Redmi K20 Pro.

Not only that, the Redmi K30 Pro will be equipped with 4pcs rear cameras that look like an Oreo shape in the camera array from the picture that the Redmi official published.

The rear primary camera will have super high pixels of 64MP and adopt Sony IMX 686 sensor, which has been used on the Redmi K30 and Redmi K30 5G. It's said that Sony IMX686 sensor has a size of 1/1.7", which could spit out 9248 x 6944 high resolution photos and supports 1.6μm large pixels when four integrates into one.

On the screen, the K30 Pro sports a pop-up full screen design that is never observed in other mobile phones of Xiaomi. That means the Redmi K30 Pro shall be the first Xiaomi pop-up full-screen flagship smartphone this year. Its screen size is expected to be about 6.67 inches, with FHD+ resolution. It's uncertain whether it will have a high refresh rate of 90HZ. The back is constructed with 3D curved galss.

In terms of configuration, it will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 flagship platform, aided by LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.0 flash memory, as well as 33W flash charge. SA and NSA dual mode 5G is baked in.

The Redmi K30 Pro probably starts over 3000RMB price. Other details are kept under wraps for now.
