Pros: Fixed my surefire Centurion C2 Flashlight that had a burned out p60 bulb. This bulb is plenty bright and goes great with the rechargeable 3.7 volt C123A batteries available on this site. Great Price Can't be beat!

Cons: None that I have noticed yet. Maybe it'll burn out quickly but it seems solid enough.

Other: Worth it if it matches your light. Probably should buy a couple of SKU 722 sets of batteries and a charger because these flashlights last about an hour or two depending on usage.

Pros: Good bulb with nice, warm light. Pretty bright using 6.0V Excellent, real aluminum reflector, not some the cheap plastic type.

Cons: This bulb draws around 1.4 amps instead of 2.0 amps so about 10 watts of power consumption.

Other: This is a good replacement to LED bulbs if you want warm light or if you need to be able to distinguish colors accurately in the dark, but be careful and do not exceed the voltage.

Pros: I bought this to have it stored as backup for any future situations where I don't want to use LED (maybe this Xenon survives and EMP bomb while I doubt LEDs will). Sounds crazy, is crazy!^^
No, seriously, I just bought it to try out Xenon since I never had it in my P60 flashlights (Surefire and Solarfire), I started off with LED and am still using it, always highend, currently the Wolf-Eyes XM-L drop-in.
Back to the topic: The light works fine with 18650 cells, it's pretty bright, nice warm color. Looks reliable and sturdy. I doubt it would break easily but actually I don't know for sure.
So I'm very happy with it, the built quality is great, price as well and it's usable instantly with my hosts without bending any wire or anything.

Cons: None, I got what I expected and more.

Other: I totally recommend it, it works great!

  • Bright bulb - works great with Surefire C3

    posted by thexchadx2 on 17:29:23 G5T 31/05/2011 certificated customer

Pros: This is a drop in replacement for both the Surefire P90 and P91 bulbs. I planned to use this bulb in a different light, but it did not have the battery power needed. I changed plans and dropped it into my Surefire C3. Just based on visual inspection, it is brighter than the P90 (105lumens).

Cons: When I first tried to make it fit into a smaller flashlight body, I needed to remove the heavier outter spring. The sping is soldered on, but popped off with very little effort. This was good at the time, but if you need the heavier outter spring to stay in place, it may come off with little effort.

Other: Great bulb for the price, assuming it lasts longer than 60mins of runtime.

Pros: In my flashlight module was calculated to 6V. I have it spoiled inserting two batteries of 3.7 V. We have in the new module is worth 5 times more expensive. For the savings I would have to wait three weeks and get back to work flashlight. Good brightness. One size fits all.

Cons: no obvious disadvantages, especially considering the price

Other: Friends who have the same flashlight interested in using it on batteries, 3.7 V. And asked to order them the same. I think they should be ordered more, because such lamps are used by many of my friends.

Pros: nice and cheap xenon replacement bulb, for three dollars each how could you go wrong?I bought 2 of these and ive come out of it ok explain in cons.Throws a nice yellow beam-a mix between flood and spot-good range-about 50-70 meters with decent visibility-easy to install-no mods needed and I think these would benifit from fitting glass optics and you would get a great spot-if that is what you like-I know I do!orange peel effect with a shallow reflector gives it the light flood-overall a decent buy for the price

Cons: I bought 2 off these and one of them the bulb is not alighned but for three odd dollars Im not to worried about it will try to fix myself when i feel like it,does get pretty hot but that is to be expected-otherwise nothing to really complain about

Other: good value overall-will try to fix my other one soon and if not it still worked out cheaper than other sites ive visited-try to get better end of production line testing guys, otherwise good job!!!!!!!!!

Pros: This replacement bulb is very nice.
The price charged by DealExtreme is unbeatable and it also includes free shipping.
The bulb also includes a reflector and requires no soldering to install.
    Fits all P60 hosts.

Cons: Don't even think of using this with CR123 batteries. The batteries will not be able to supply the current required.
Bulb life is ~25 hours at 8.4V and ~3 hours at 13.8V

Other: Get a few if you have a light which uses these bulbs.

Pros: It is nice and bright
cheap, way cheaper than a SF replacement
fit my cheap p60 host fine

    Cons: does get hot
    drains batteries pretty quickly

Other: It is a good xenon drop in, compared to the LED module it looks yellow but some like that better.
If you want a xenon drop in this one is good, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this one at all.

  • Good output, burns through batteries.

Pros: Very good output - On two RCR123s it appears actually brighter than my Q5.
    Nice throw
    Excellent color rendition
Very hot - painful if held to skin in about 4 seconds.
    Can melt dark plastic
Can pop a black balloon from an inch or so away, and cause it to shrink from up to maybe 2-3ft.

Cons: Drains batteries faster than you can blink!(about 1/2 hour battery life)
    Super hot
    Off-center beam

Other: Good price, worth buying just to have something different for your light.

Pros: -On 2x3V CR123s, this bulb spills out bright warm light. I dropped it into an Ultrafire C1 casing and it works right of the bat. It's on par to the brightness of a R2 LED bulb.
-Object colors seem more accurate/distinguished under this light as opposed to the LED.
-If you get the 28mm glass converging lens, you can get a pretty hot spot. I wouldn't be surprised if you can light matches with it if your hands are steady enough :)

Cons: Battery life is definitely non-optimal. After ~15 minutes of continuous operation on newly charged "1000mAh" CR123 batts, the beam dies down rapidly.

Other: This is a great cheap replacement to LED bulbs if you want warm light or if you need to be able to distinguish colors accurately in the dark. As long as you don't need to run it continuously, battery life is decent.
