Pros: None really.
Cons: The LED/board is no longer screwed on to the pill, you are expected to use the reflector to squash the board onto the pill! The pill has no holes (other than the small holes the wires come through) you can use to help remove the pill if you need too. The pill no longer screws right down into the middle section, you have to adjust (screw/unscrew) it so that when you screw the bezel down, the reflector squashes the board onto the pill. The problem I had with 2 of them, is that when they were screwing them together, they seems to have screwed them down very tight, possibly glued! I ended up breaking the wires using needle nose pliers trying to loosen it, the other one I am trying to get out without breaking the wires, I doubt I can do it...
