  • Great little knife for the money!

Pros: Great little knife to carry around everyday. I've carried it around once or twice a week for 2 years, and the finish is still like new. Obviously you have to take care of it, but with little care, it'll last for a long time.

Cons: It's a $10 knife, so it's expected it doesn't have a good releasing mechanism, so it's hard to one hand flip it open. Other then that, opens and stays close fine.

Other: I would buy it again, and great for a gift. Everyone always asks where I got it, and I always tell them here. :)

Pros: - Unique color. - Really, really sharp - easily shaves my arm hairs. - Looks sturdy. Blade does't shake at all. - Perfect locking mechanism. - Shiny! :D - Feels so nice and smooth in the palm.

Cons: No cons! Maybe it's a bit small, but you can see how big it is from the pictures and decide if you want to buy it or not, so that really isn't a con.

Other: Buy it! You won't regret it! I might actually buy one more! :D

  • It's a Fairy Knife!

Pros: Quite sharp, good for cutting things for fun, like slicing through plastic bottles or aluminum cans, or minor landscaping of your lawn! Blade was initially quite sharp, but due to previously mentioned landscaping is not as sharp as it used to be.

Cons: It is a little difficult to flip the knife out, and it's most likely plated if there is any actual titanium on it.

Other: Verrry pretty knife, definitely not something you'd want to carry if you don't want to attract attention to yourself.

  • Great looking knife

Pros: + Very sharp blade. It can shave hair right out of the box. It slices anything without effort, under its own weight. + 7Cr17MoV is a good all-round steel. + This knife is a real looker: the coating looks great and the lines are sleek and refined. + Good ergonomics: opening & closing is smooth. The handle feels nice.

Cons: - The liner lock does not engage fully and the blade is pretty thin: I would not use this knife for heavy-duty applications. - The handle is bit small for my hand.

Other: This is a very sharp knife with good looks and a very low price: if you are looking for these qualities, go ahead and buy one.

Pros: The blade is hollow ground starting from the spine, on both sides, so it gets quite thin as it nears the edge. The edge itself is chisel ground at a high angle, meaning it is sharpened to a fine point by creating an angle on one side only. This edge style should be very easy to maintain, though it should dull quicker than a less aggressive edge angle would.
The cutting performance of this knife is phenomenal. I didn't even sharpen the edge after taking it out of the box: the steep edge angle starts the cut easily, and the very very thin blade allows the rest of the knife to continue through it without effort.
This knife cuts before you realize you've made contact. This is an edge that has to be experienced, it makes all other knives seem blunt and dull. It may be the best cutting experience you've ever had.

Cons: The frame lock does not seat well - on openning the blade the lock only engages the bottom edge of the tang. Very poor manufacturing tolerance and I fear the lock is likely to dis-engage if twisted under force.
Instead of making solid contact and continuing the thick width of the blade, only the lip (perhaps 1/6th of the width) of the lock contacts the blade. Very weak lock-up. I've already sanded some off the joint and now have about 1/4 of the lock engage.
Subjectively, the knife is heavy, the frame comparatively too combersome for the blade. The deep hollow ground and fine edge make the blade somewhat less robust against brute force, I find it incorrect to pair the agile blade with a thick heavy frame.

Other: Buy it for the experience, use it as a guide to learn what a real slicing blade can do.
