  • High qualit heatsinks.

Pros: Pure copper. Easy to fasten and strong adhesive. Low-profile and no prongs that risk scratching other components. Good-looking.

Cons: A little longer and narrower than the small RAM-chips on which I used them. Dust could easily collect on the exposed adhesive. Check measurements if this is an issue.

Other: If you need small heatsinks for your RAM chips, look no longer. These are perfect for the job!

  • Good For use on IC's

Pros: 1.Reasonable rate for copper heat spreader 2. CAn be used with integrated circuits also. I used them with my wireless router due to excessive heating and it works well. 3. can be used more than 1 if the ic is big. 4.the adhesive is strong enough to make sure that the sink doesnt slip or fall off. 5. easy to use

Cons: Couldnt find any. Maybe the manufacturer can come up with more designs as i found the heatsinks to be a bit lengthy than the width.

Other: A good and reasonable product to keep heat at bay

  • Excellent heat spreader

    posted by dcd_11 on 11:24:00 G8T 31/08/2012 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: Completely in pure copper (the best material for heat spreaders!), very strong and efficient thermal adhesive and high dissipation capacity, there are grooves to increase the surface of the heat sink and therefore the dissipation of heat. Optimal for overvolted ram without a heat spreader.

Cons: It's a negligible thing but the film over the thermal adhesive is a bit strong to detach. Nothing else to report.

Other: Price seems a little high for such a little thing but quality has its requests!

  • I like these! Excellent value for your money

    Pros: +Copper +Double sided thermal tape pre-applied

Cons: -Might want to run a few heat cycles (heat it up, cool it down), seems to increase stickyness although they will stay in place right after sticking them on something if you don't do anything too crazy.

Other: Got something running hot? Stick these on them! They're cheap, they're copper, buy 'em. I got 3 sets in total now.

  • Good stuff although the finishing is a bit rough!

posted by Axeia on 14:10:22 G8T 17/08/2011 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: + Cheap compared to local alternatives + Copper! The best affordable heat conducting material (second only to silver - see http://benchmarkreviews.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=150&Itemid=62&limit=1&limitstart=6 ) + Very thin layer of thermal adhesive (as you want the metal as close as possible to what you're sticking it on to a plus!)

Cons: - Rough finishing on the topside (Not -that- aesthetically pleasing) - Has no aluminum counterpart (different dimensions) if you want to cut costs down even further

Other: Need tiny heatsinks attached to something? Get these! The finishing on the bottom isn't half bad and they're fairly cheap.

    Pros: Good built quality.
Comes with adhesive tape to fit to memory chips.
Parece bem feito, vem com fita para colar nas memórias.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.
    Nenhum.

Other: Using this you can overclock your memory modules a lot more than.
As it's cooler, you can raise the memory voltage and achieve higher clocks.
Depending on your VGA model, you can stick them to it's memory aswell..
Usando isto você consegue overclocar bem mais sua memória, você aumentar a voltagem dela e alcançar clocks mais altos.
Dependendo da sua placa de video, você pode colar na memória dela tambem.

Pros: cheap, easy to place, and has good sticking capability.
thees are of the same height, the double length and half the with than normal square ram heat sinks, they are IDEAL for laptop heat sink modding and lowered the temp of my msi gx640's gpu by more than 20 degree on load. i fint them better than the normal sqare ones for laptops as these are easter to place.

Cons: none, they are perfect. could maybe be a version with higher rills too.

Other: great buy. i got five packages so im safe for 2 or 3 laptops.
lowers your temp so that you can overclock, and get less noice on idle clocks.

  • real copper

posted by UltraMagnus on 05:00:30 G7T 17/07/2010 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: These are real copper heatsinks. I was worried that like a lot of "copper" things on DX these would be brass, which has a much lower thermal conductivity. Has what appears to be thermally conductive adhesive pads on the bottom, which makes mounting them quick and easy.

Cons: could do with larger fins

Other: real copper, so a good deal.
