  • Test Heads!

Pros: These are test heads! You know. For testing! Yee. They do the job. Of testing. The head! They work, really. And are cheap.

Cons: The plastic is a bit stiff, will not last long. Hopefully I will outlast it.

Other: Easy and cheap. Not kosher though.

Pros: Kinda cheap, looks durable, and the tips are realy sharp. they fit tight in my multimeter, maybe to tight do...

Cons: unfortunately there is already one lead broken. Have used them only 3 times. It just snapped one wire half lose. Cheap plastic. I won't trust these for high voltage or current. So i advise to just order on aas reserve

Other: i think i'll just try an other one. So if you are carefull, you might had great use out of them

Pros: Cheap and easy to use. Solid connection to multimeter. Good deal. Thin and sharp tips to connect to very small places

Cons: My multimeter came with one like this and after sometime it broke... Hope this ones last little bit longer. Rubber is not of good quality but at this price who cares!!?? Not sure if you can use it safe with high voltage...

Other: Buy it, it worth the money, and it do the job. Ill buy it again for sure.

  • Decent proves

posted by Albertosoto on 11:16:05 G3T 11/03/2013 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: Affordable. very good price for a shipped pair of decent multimeter test proves. Lenght isn't too long, good for my application (but can be bad for yours!!!). Hasn't too much resistence as I expected.

Cons: Thin leads. Cheap plastic feel on the proves.

Other: Good for hobbist / home electrician tasks. Don't expect Fluke quality!

  • Almost perfect replacement

Pros: They are long, and they can hold out pretty strong current. I used them to measure current used to heat up fuel in a diesel engine, they didn't even get warm.

Cons: Leads going inside multimeter could be bit wider, they are simply very tight and hard to plug in.. so at the end I made two cuts to allow them to expand and fit easily.

Other: Exactly what I needed, almost perfect just multimeter leads needed slight adjustment.

  • Well built leads

    posted by deadcow5 on 19:05:54 G12T 29/12/2012 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: These leads are well built and fit in my Fluke multimeter. they do not feel cheap and the connections are strong.

Cons: None (unless being affordable is a con!)

Other: Buy these if you need a backup pair of leads or if you loose your original, these fit in my Fluke multimeter and I think they fit in most of the standard multimeters too.

  • Exactly what I need!

posted by jackycola on 05:13:59 G11T 28/11/2012 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: You get exactly what it says in the Description. They fit perfect into my Multimeter and have good Contact. Build Quality is as good as original ones. They are very sharp, which is good to hit the spot precisely. They are labeled with "1000V" and "CATII IKV". Cables are little thinner than original ones but this is good because you can handle the sticks easy and precisely.

Cons: The lengh is little short. But when you order a 75cm cable, you will get one. Therefore it is not a con. For my use it is perfectly working.

Other: Buy if you need test leads!

  • Just okay for occasional use

    posted by how2skate on 04:12:38 G10T 25/10/2012 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: Works with my new multimeter. Cheaper than other similar cables, so it's a pretty good deal.

Cons: Poor build quality, looks like it might break fast so you have to be careful. Feels cheap. Really thin wire

Other: Good enough for occasional use, I can recommend it for this price. Nothing fancy, but it works, and that's all that matters.

  • Works!

posted by ishiyakazuo on 16:16:28 G9T 20/09/2012 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: They work for probing whatever needs probing. They're fairly generic, so they should work for a large number of multimeters (as well as standalone voltmeters, ohmmeters, etc...)

Cons: Needed to modify the connectors into the multimeter by cutting away some of the plastic so that it would fit down far enough to make good contact with my multimeter. (The good news is that the outer connector plastic is easily cut with any pair of good snippers.)

Other: If you need a replacement pair of multimeter leads, these may well do the trick for you.
