  • Great Item for cheapest price

Pros: The transmitter works great and i could easily select the station that i wanted to listen to. The music came in crystal clear and i've only really had issue with the device if i'm sitting beside a transport truck and it's only happened once.

Cons: It's a little bulky so you need the space for the device, but you can clearly see what size of the transmitter is.

Other: It's cheap and it works. Buy it

  • Auxiliar input isn't working

Pros: Cheap and useful. It's a solution for those car radio without USB, auxiliar and card reader input. Small and the light is not strong.

Cons: Auxiliar isn't working. Tried many ways but it it's working. The remote control doesn't work well. As whole, its body doesn't have a good quality.

Other: Come on, buy it! It's just 5 bucks and you will have a lot of inputs for your car radio. My problem can be an exception.

  • Low cost good buy

Pros: Low price, good build quality, works with every media I had to try - SD card, USB, audio jack. AUX cable works well. Streng of signal is very high, there isn't any sound interference if set up good frequency.

Cons: IR remote doesnt work, but it doesnt matter You do not need when you drive. Not good in combination with old car battery and winter, when you use it for long time within stop engine, you may not start engine again.

Other: I recomend. Very good price.

  • It's a great product, it does everything it's supposed to.

    posted by Runaldo7 on 15:03:56 G6T 07/06/2013 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: It has a very good range, it sounds perfect and it's very easy to use.

Cons: When i got mine, the remote didn't work. The AUX cable that comes with it is of very poor quality, but that should not be a factor in whether you buy it or not.

Other: If you want a very cheap reliable FM Transmitter, then this is the one for you... I've only had it for 2 days, but i can't find any problems with it at all! I definitely recommend it.

  • Deecent little piece of plastic

posted by mrkmn on 08:35:38 G5T 26/05/2013 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: Works on broad range of frequencies. Has an SD slot and remote (which I barely use but still). Extremely easy to use.

Cons: * Do not expose it to direct sunlight or leave it on a dashboard or any other hot place in your car -- LCD screen is glued/theres plastic on top and that plastic can easily fall off when the glue melts. It would still work if that happens, it would just look uglier. * Unable to remember frequencies & tracks. Restart requires you to set freq. again, as well as to manually re-play desired song which is utterly boring * Slight sound distortion (which is normal for this kind of gadget) * No song/track info at all * Very short and thin AUX cable -- use your own to improve sound quality

Other: Use it while it lasts then just buy another.

  • Alright FM transmitter

Pros: It actually works! Well for the price. It does transmit the songs from SD/Auxiliary sources to my car, however the quality is not that great. Great for people who are waiting on an aftermarket Headunit, or just using a rental car. The sound quality is acceptable, but definitely not any bass-shaking quality. Saves money on CD's, which is a +!

Cons: It looks pretty cheap! Especially the "chrome" and the plastic material its made of. The angle of the device itself is pretty bad (in my case) because the cigarette lighter/12V source is in a pretty small spot. It stays in one direction, without access to the controls on the device. Sound quality is not that great, however, if you're tired of your stock car stereo (with only CD / cassette) this is great, well for the price!

Other: Cheaply made, but does what its supposed to.

  • Does the trick

Pros: The price is absolutely low, so i didn't expect something better

Cons: There's a little noise in the background, you won't notice it with high volume songs, but i don't think classical music could be a great idea

Other: If you miss an aux or a cd player in your car, this is perfect for the price. Just the noise thingy...

  • Fart1987

    posted by Fart1987 on 00:41:21 G1T 29/01/2013 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Plays a good mp3

Cons: Does not save the selected frequency. Each time the account set up, since reset to default frequency. You touch a little, it turns off

Other: Took to try a little upset, because when you turn off the frequency drops and does not use the entire frequency (default 87.55). And such fine tuning is not at all the receivers. Was the use of another model, this problem nebylo (without complicated settings).

  • The FM Transmitter

posted by MCDunno on 16:48:37 G1T 26/01/2013 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: It is very easy to use, but if it necessary, there are simple instructions on the back of the packaging, which basically tells you to plug in the thing into a cigarette lighter while the car is on and adjust the frequency to the same as the frequency on the radio. When adjusted properly and with some luck, the sound output is pretty clear, in my experience.

Cons: The input USB was not attached securely and thus when I inserted a thumb drive forcefully, the whole drive fell inside...So I had to unscrew the thing and reattach with some adhesive. So yeah, the build is pretty flimsy to begin with, which means it might require some adjustments in case you accidentally break it. As others have said, the songs are in a particular order when using a thumb drive and only that order unless you manually organize it. The thing is fragile, being made of plastic and all. The hinge made some cracking noise, so that might be a problem in the long run.

Other: It's cheap, and it works. It's not really something that is reliable out of the box, but with patience it might not be a bad alternative to the radio.

  • Pretty good for this price

Pros: Realy good price. Quality pretty good: reads USB flash dirve, SD card very well, FM signal that it sends is good too, even keys reacts and work pretty well.

Cons: You can't skip folders without remote control. Remote control at this time is not working good, but I'll give to it a second chance and will change battery on it. A little bit slow reaction.

Other: Pretty good quality for that price
