Pros: This is a powerful laser. Shoots a beam straight to the moon(not really but seems like it).

Cons: Soldering not very good - Not a problem since you should not be buying this item if you can not solder. I bought three of these lasers, two were defective and had to be returner. Took me almost a year to solve this with DX, but thats another story.

Other: Good buy, for the price. Strong laser. Be careful.

Pros: Bright green laser module that side by side is easily brighter than 2 other new 30mW greens. Haven't been able to find these elsewhere so I think this is a good deal and cheap. Seems pretty solid and works for me quite well.

Cons: I have my doubts on it really being 200mW. I don't have equipment to test other than looking at it side by side with 2 other green 30mW lasers. It's brighter for sure but probably not 6.6x such as 200mW should be.

Other: Good product but play safe! If you want to make your own laser tunnels shining at a small mirror on a fan motor for example and anything where you are aligning the beam and get reflection close range you need laser goggles or I uses cheap welding goggles.

  • Great, cheap product. Poor soldering.

Pros: This is a great module for DIY projects. It has a great, low price! It's also very bright! Customer service was satisfactory, as well.

Cons: Soldering was extremely loose. It arrived today, and the soldering already came off. I've seen the other reviews, and thought that would've been fixed, but the soldering is exactly as others have said. Furthermore, it appears to be less than 200mw as advertised. Look up the reviews and comparisons online and on youtube. You'll see what I mean. Nonetheless, it should be at least 100mw, so could burn matches or cut electric tape.

Other: This is a great product and may be cheap, but hopefully you know how to solder.

  • Love the brightness and visible laserbeam!

Pros: Pro's are definitely the brightness and the fact that the beam is easily visible (even in daylight). Also, this laser module fits perfectly in the other laser pen that is available on DX aswell.

Cons: It does need a second to get to full potential and the wires attached to the module are a kind of weak but both of those things are not really a problem. Only problem is that the module can get hot when used for over 5 minutes.

Other: Great laser, great visibility, love it!

Pros: Ease of use ( When building and using ) Power ( Brightness and strenth ) Quality ( Pretty good except for the wires )

Cons: Size ( A little big but still understandable ) Bad Soldiers ( Breaks easy just be careful )

Other: Suggested for beginners! But if buying for use of burning stuff make sure you are using 5v power source it is amazing!!! But be careful its bright and would burn your eyes permanently

  • Very Good for the price

Pros: - Very Bright - Good price for power - Very visible at night - Does burn, only black material though.

Cons: - Power leads are weak, I bought one for my friend and he broke them off after just having for 2 hours. Its easy to resolder on a new stronger wire though. - I've bought about three and they seem to have different power levels.

Other: Very good green laser module for a decent price. Would recommend.

Pros: - Extremely reasonable price for the power - Very bright and powerful - Excellent beam quality: ~low divergence ~good collimation lens - No external driver required

Cons: - Leads for power are a bit flimsy: positive lead tore off after some time - Driver circuit heats up considerably after some time of continuous use

Other: I will say again that this laser is a steal of a buy and is excellent value for money. Those looking for a small powerful laser will be thrilled because although the laser supplies about a hundred and eighty milliwatts rather than the stated 200mW it still packs a pretty good punch. Those who are concerned with too much power can bear in mind that the driver for the laser has a pot which can be trimmed with a small screwdriver to reach the desired power output thus making it very flexible for setting the desired output. A must have, whether it be for projects, hobby or just pure fun!!!

Pros: + Cheap. Fantastic price for a high power green laser. + The focus could be shifted by changing the position of the second (furthest away from the laser source). Just turn the last cylinder.

Cons: - One of the wires came off. Had to resolder new wire. - Could see dust in the glue that holds the crystal. - Could not focus to a small spot.

Other: Very powerful laser. Should be used with great care.¨

Pros: I am an astronomer and nothing helps when trying to point out the stars that make up a constillation than a green laser pointer. Since you cannot by a powerful Green laser legally in most of the USA I opted to purchase this module. It came as pictured. I simple went top radio shack and purchased a AAA battery case $1.98, spliced and soldered the wires, monted the pointer to the batter case with 2 way foam tape, electrical tapes the whole thing including the driver board and WAM... lights matches, lights up a dark room, the beam is visible in non sun light areas and an night is like a beacon into the universe.

Cons: Did you read the above... NONE

    Other: BUY IT NOW
