  • Works like the charm!

    - It's cheap but looks solid. - Works as expected.- So far quiet (without annoying buzzing).- Screw terminals for wires.
    The adjustment pots are not described on the PCB so little guessing is needed.The coil is not fixed to the board - would be nice to glue it to the PCB.There is no input polarity protection diode so do not swap power cables!Overall quite useful piece of product.
    Definitively worth the money, so buy it if you need one.

    Easy to connect the battery holder, just use slot screwdriver; Does not heat with 1A load; USB output;
    I used it to power a Raspberry Pi off 3x18650 batteries. Got 4+ hours with uncharged batteries (they were new, charged by the factory).
    Great product to power your mobile device.Why does review have to be so long? Why does review have to be so long? Why does review have to be so long? Why does review have to be so long? Why does review have to be so long? Why does review have to be so long?
  • Great object

    Regulate your current to the standard USB voltage and intensity.It also has a small led telling you when electricity is passing; if you use it with a solar panel (like I've done), the led will tell you if the panel is catching enough light.
    I think this object can have a lot of applications. The standard USB port is great.
    I recommend you to use this with a solar panel
  • Small and stable!

    Small form factor.Very stable output.Easy to see LEDs that show if it is in constant current or voltage mode.Very accurate potentiometer.Good use of heatsinks, does not get too hot.The PCB is very well labeled, so you know what everything means.
    Very nice product, very easy to implement in a project.I have used it in combination with a 24V, 3A power supply, and it works like a charm. It provides power for various projects, and is a lot cheaper than a complete lab supply.
    Good for people who know what to do with this.
  • Works for me

    Cheaper than building it myself here... Since where I live the components are not common.
    Could be cheaper, maybe?
    It is compact and exactly what I needed to have my internet router working on batteries in case of power shutdown!It even has a LED that I find useful to know if it is actually working and I didn't know it had it.Got it encased and mounted in 10 minutes. The other one I made myself took me more than a week since I had to build my own cooper coils, and a generic circuit board because nobody sells them here.
