  • Nice and powerfull torch

    posted by skojevac

It’s a second flashlight I ordered from DX as a spare for the one I have. Since I have a charger and lots of spare batteries will never run dry. So it’s another fine torch, as good as it gets, the three mode button never miss the click, but does not have a memory. The beam it produces is tight, it does not loses focus until used to light something really far away. Uses one 18650 battery that lasts quite long, though it dims out at the end.
Needs a little lube for o’rings for easier unscrewing and screwing back when changing battery
If you’re looking for a decent flashlight go for it!

Looks like very good. It is waterproof. Is a solid and building quality is very good. Excellent shines in a high mode and beam is wide enough. The chip is big compared with other flashlight.
It's great flashlight but it needs battery with more capacity (least 1200 mah) for longer runtime.
I have mixed feelings about this flashlight
  • Powerful light at a good price

Good valueEasy to useSmall and handyFeels like quality
Spot vs flood is uneven (more light in the spot)Used for spearfishing purposes at night it was a good companion
Was tested against a Wisedive at 8 times the price of the pop lite and judging from the output this is a really good deal. It delivers a powerful beam for a long time and after using it for 2 hours on a single charge no noticeable weakening of the beam was noticed
  • Powerful cheap 18650 torch

The pros for this torch are that it's an amazing amount of light for the size of torch. It shoots a fair distance on high beam. The strobe on it is like a rave party, it's very powerful and could easily discourage anyone you point it at.
Other thoughts, if it could be transferred into another better insulated body it would be a perfect torch.
Bottom line; A fine torch for a fine price. A little trouble overheating.
  • Unrealistically bright flashlight

Very very bright light. Lighting angle changes conveniently. Very well that provided a three brightness modes (Bright - medium - low). If you use a flashlight for smaller jobs, the low is the best mode because it does not blind the eyes.
Yesterday, I and my son did the test. The brightness is almost the same as that of the automobile headlights (low beam mode). Flashlight we used the projector and showed the "cartoons" on the wall of a tall building. I am the light, and my son was doing funny hand shadow. At a distance of about 100 meters was visible as well as in the theater.
If you want to get 100% cool flashlight, then buy it, but the lens must be sealed.
