  • Very good price/quality ratio

Everything went smooth - from order, to delivery, the solar panel was packed in protective nylon bubbles package, so no worries about braking it.Some users report that alligator clips are not suitable for their car batteries, but I do not have this problem, this depends for sure from the battery type. I was not noticed before that the product actually has a elastic band on back (along with the silicon stickers provided) so you can attach it directly to the sun protection umbel - this way it will fit perfectly and it will not distract your attention or occupy space from the window.

  • Grea panel for your car

This is a great panel for the price. Included are alligator clips and a 12v cigarette lighter plug. Voltage reading was about 16v at 250 mA which is about what its rated for (4.5W).
For my application I used the alligator clips to the car's 12v battery, as the 12v cigarett ports are turned off automatically after 60 minutes and no charge gets to the battery.
Good panel if you need one.
  • A powerful Solar Charger

    - Powerful- Doesn't weight too much- 2 different outputs and a flashlight- Very high capacity- Very cheap
I like this Solar Charger, but the worst thing about this was the lack of manual. Atleast my package didn't have any. Here's an explanation:There is a very very small button on the right side of the led's that indicate the charge level. If you press the button once, it will switch between CHARGING and POWER. If you connect your device to this battery, your device will not charge, press the button once and it will change from charging its own battery to charging the device it is connected to. If you press the button again, it will discontinue to charge your connected device and will start charging itself (from sun or power socket). If you press the button long (5+ seconds), the flashlight will turn on. Pressing again long will turn off the flashlight.NONE of this is explained in the package, and there is no manual.
Very good device, very bad manual. Some will probably send it back because 'it doesn't work', but they just need to press the button to make it charge your device or charge itself.I rated 'ease of use' badly simply because the lack of any manual, and even DX's video of this device didn't explain it, and the device doesn't indicate *in any way* what it is doing.Otherwise there are no major complaints.

The panel does what it promises. I haven’t checked the actual current, but I use it to extend the life of a battery powered electric fence. On a sunny day, I can disconnect the battery, and the solar panel is able to power the electric fence transformer (This is of cause a pulse load, but the average energy delivery seems to be suficcient.) It sits outside in rain and wind, and it is not harmed in any way.It also comes with a variety of cables and connectors, and even a USB-charger, so you can charge a USB device directly from the panel!

    Easy, useful and ok priced.
