  • Levels fine

It's a level, and it seems acceptably accurate. It also protects the hot shoe mount. Being that I can leave it in the hot shoe mount most of the time, it's pretty handy. One of the other reviewers mentioned trouble getting it into the mount, but I had no issue with it. It goes in easily enough and the rubbery surface grips well enough that it won't fall out.
It works best with a tripod, of course.
It works fine, it protects the hot shoe mount, inexpensive, but looks a little cheap.
  • Great value

    - Worked perfectly with my Canon EOS 40D!- Seems very well built.- The sync cable is long enough- Has various modes; regular remote bulb, timer-bulb, interval-shooting for timelapses - Backlit display and beeper- Start-button with hold-mecanism.
The letters on the remote could be more self-explainatory, its hard to remember what "DE, BU, INT and N" stands for.
Way cheaper than any canon-branded remote, and works just as well. I love this remote, and it makes my night-shooting alot easier. The functions are ideal, as long as you remember what they do. Anyway, if you need a remote and dont need wireless, this is all you need. I had a wireless canonbranded IR-remote on my EOS 400D earlier, and you cant even compare these. This one rocks.
  • A good quality shoulder strap for any DSLR

    posted by yewteeguy

The material feels like canvas. Fit any DSLR cameras. Make a statement of your own instead of the usual brand.
If DX can bundle 3 straps of different design and sell as a package, it would add variety and useable on more than one camera. Can even interchange with each other.
A good quality product for amateurs or pro photographers.
  • review for Massa UV filter for SLR/DSLR Cameras

    posted by esepepe

    - It protects my Tamron 18-250mm lens (that's the reason I bought it)
    - The filter is delivered in a nice thick and hard plastic circular housing, so it will not get damaged during transport (the outer cardboard box was damaged).
    - the filter is also available in various other filter sizes
Don't really use it as an UV filter, but use it to protect your lens
Good value for money. Buy it if you have expensive lenses that need protection
  • Perfect filter to protect your lense

    posted by ilianbg

Modern cameras have no use for UV filters, as UV is filtered anyway, but these filters are very useful for the extra protection they offer. After all, it's better to replace a $4 filter then an expensive lense.
There is nothing that important one can write about a UV filter, and the 500 character limit is pointless.
It's not really a "deal" - these filters cost the same everywhere. There is not much that can be wrong with such a filter.
