It works at least in Sony A100! I have the A290 and it does not work... but as it saying on the overview, it does not appear the A290, so its cool, and my father has an A100 and it works perfectly!!!!
My father had it for free :D

Read the description, if your camera appears on the description, it will work, at least it worked with A100 and this thing is very useful to use with a tripod!

It's awesome!First of all, it has english manual, so you can learn how to use it without searching the internet. It has good build quality - hard and solid - with a long wire. It's universal - you can use it almost on any DSLR cameras. It can transform your low-level camera into high-level camera (well, in some cases), because it can expand abilities of your camera.
It have really big variety of abilities and uses, so you need to think - do you need them? If so - buy it without hesitation! It's totally worth it!
Awesome thing, i like it very much and use it when i need to shut something with camera on tripod, or when i don't want to touch camera and avoid any tremor or shakes..
  • Great value

    - Worked perfectly with my Canon EOS 40D!- Seems very well built.- The sync cable is long enough- Has various modes; regular remote bulb, timer-bulb, interval-shooting for timelapses - Backlit display and beeper- Start-button with hold-mecanism.
The letters on the remote could be more self-explainatory, its hard to remember what "DE, BU, INT and N" stands for.
Way cheaper than any canon-branded remote, and works just as well. I love this remote, and it makes my night-shooting alot easier. The functions are ideal, as long as you remember what they do. Anyway, if you need a remote and dont need wireless, this is all you need. I had a wireless canonbranded IR-remote on my EOS 400D earlier, and you cant even compare these. This one rocks.

Amazing Deal - Nikon version sells for over $100, so this is over 90% off and does the same thing!Simple to use
This is just about perfect for anyone who wants to do night shooting or otherwise long exposures with Nikon cameras. Works great on my D300 and D200
  • Getting for friends.

For the price, the build quality is one of the best. The box comes a little crushed, but well, who cares as long as the remote control is working.I tried the remote the moment i got it. All the buttons worked fine. And i even wondered if I should tell me friends that I got a 100% working and compatible remote control for under S$10. Products arrive within expected dates, and I am currently using the Olympus one.
If you're not really concerned about branding for price, then this is the one you should get.
