Now after using this product for over 4 months, I have to say that it works really good. I got very good signal in the same room as the repeater (within <10 meters radius). The audio on voice calls is cristal clear, it sounds like I would be calling from anywhere else with good signal strength.I have tried connecting to internet through Edge as well, and I has been connected for many hours without any disconnection or failed web site loading some times, but that seems to be weather depending :)Im glad that I finaly can make mobile phones calls :) There has not been any signal at all before...
It could be a little bit cheaper (under 90$ would be great).
If you have bad reception. Buy it!
  • Works well, even with N (2,4GHz only)!

It amplifies the signal well with little signal degradation, which ensures good throughput. So in essence, it works well, as intended.
Except for the negative points, it seems to be built pretty well, and doesn't get hot. Reasonable price/performance, compared to other not so good amplifiers I've tried recently from dealextreme.
If you need a wi-fi amplifier, this is a good choice considering price/performance.

Works VERY well in low signal areasWorks just fine with the Verizon Wireless USB760 EVDO modem (you will need the FME pigtail for it)Can be stuck to a window for best reception (the included suction cup can be screwed in the bottom or the side of the unit)
Why spend a ton of money on an external antenna for your aircard? Just grab one of these, and the appropriate pigtail adapter for your device. These really are more suited for aircards and USB modems than actual handsets, although it should work with those too. I am not sure if this will function reliably on iDEN devices (Nextel, SouthernLinc)
Beats the magnetic based antennas I bought on ebay awhile back.

With this booster my wifi signal is better for 70%, with him i get 6db antenna. Best guality on antenna and booster, i am very satisfied from them.
I use it with TP Link 54 Mbps usb adapter with added antenna with 13 dbi. When i use it in my room the signal is a little lower unlike when it's put outside the signal is better and with good guality.I think when you connect it with 150 mbps adapter the signal will be better.
If you have a problem with your wifi signal and you cannot afford expencive booster, with this you will resolve your problem!
  • Works GREAT!

when phone doesn't have signal, this seems to extend the antenna, outside the car in this case.
I tried blocking the iphone's signal with a piece of aluminum foil, getting me 0 bars, then I put it in the cradle, with the antenna high up in the room, I then put the aluminum foil completely around the phone in the cradle. And got 4 bars. So if there is a stronger signal through the cradle, it seems like the phone will know to go through it.
Works good. looking around, if I really want to boost the signal, say 20+ miles from a cell tower, I need to get a electronic signal booster, something powered, but this works fine for my need.
