Cheap works heats up quickly. Put some new Capacitors in an LCD monitor
    Basic Iron for the price
If you want a profesional iron spend the money as this not it. If you dont use it very often and is for small jobs this may do the trick in a pinch. Not pro grade but hobby grade. Price is good for a cheap iron.

Got just what I ordered: good quality, low price. The skulls on the sides look good. Seems sturdy, it is unlikely for it to come apart. The rubber parts are very good and comfortable, so your hand does not slip. Also, it is a little warmer to hold compared to a all-metal handle. Fits on my Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 perfectly.
Be sure if this is the size you need. My motorcycle needs 25mm, many others need smaller. Anyhow, these were the best looking ones that I found. And satisfied about it.
If you need 25mm handles - buy these. Really good quality and also a good price. Where I live these cost 3 times more.
  • Decent.

heats up fast, tip is great for general soldering,
cable length is not too long though this could be a con for some people but i generally like a tidy workspace.
another thing that caught my eye when selecting this model was the clearance for the tip and the length of the shaft.
    pretty good price.
all in all a good soldering iron so far, and if it ends up melting i can just get another one. :D :D :D
at this price why wouldnt you have one or two of these around.
works on 240V, measured at 30W.
i can tell you now its gonna be getting alot of use.

The soldering iron bears the following very useful features:- Very light- Flexible cable- Fast heating, hot tip- Very thin tip, precise soldering possible i.e. Soldering on PCB boards- EU power connector- Very cheap (compared to what I get here in Switzerland)
Maybe a holder / stand could be provided
A very useful and unbelivable cheap soldering iron. Would buy it again
