  • Fine travel converter

I already had SKU 3502, but that adapter is really tight on the female part of the plug. Which is great if you need a permanent convertor, but I do worry the plastic might break over time if you plug and unplug many times, as you would do while travelling and using the adapter for multiple appliances. That's why I bought this plug: it's much more loose, as I had hoped it would be, and I have no fear at all I will break the plastic while unplugging.
I will take both this plug and sku 3502 with me on my trips: if one breaks, I still have the other and time will tell which one is best. Both are dirt cheap, so whichever one 'loses', I won't mind at all.
Does what it should do, just don't know yet for how long.
  • Bad inner design. Connector blades to weak.

    Its cheap.
I bought 5 of these. The first one I used with an US type Bose Bluetooth speaker's adapter seems to not work. So I tried another one and seemed to get the same problem. I opened the power converter and discovered that the inner connectors to the US plug side was very thin and did not have a form that would properly connect to the american plug when I put it in. The metal also was so thin and without proper resilience so that wiggling the US plug some would deform the connector plates so that they no longer did connect to the US plug anymore.Based on the thickness of the plates and the loss of resilience in the connectors, I would not use this for anything more than say 50 watts or so.If there had been some sort of spring behind the connectors, then this would had been much better.
Try to find a more expensive model. Maybe its better.
  • Good pump but mainly ornamental

This is a great little pump, having a floating base means it's a bit nicer looking than the other solar pumps that have a separate solar panel and pump. Floats around quite nicely and evenly. Can work a little with overcast skies, although it would only pump intermittently.
The nozzles aren't really great, I just use the standard one that is already fitted.
A nice pump, but it's pretty much aesthetic. It's a small pump so it can't push out much volume.

I ordered a charger for my phone the other day, not knowing (*stupid*) that it had a US-connector. I still had to charge my phone through USB. After a few clicks, I found this little thing on DX and by golly, it works like a charm!
I would've liked a white one (looks better next to my Apple), but hey, who's complaining? Not me!
Just buy it if you need it. Takes a while to get here (Netherlands), but it's great!
