I bought to use in a decoder (skybox) to release the usb input which is currently the wi-fi adapter, unfortunately to no avail, because the unit does not have the option to configure properly.More works perfectly on the router. The material is very sturdy and small, and the USB ports have RJ 45 quality

This does exactly what you would expect it to, it allows you to replace a standard D-SUB VGA cable with a length of Cat5e/Cat6 network cable. It's as simple as it get's - plug network cable into two of these adapters (one on each end) and connect to your screen on one end and your VGA out on your computer on the other. Job done. Running 1900x1200 without a flicker through 9 meters of Cat5e.
I was told, by a reputable reseller in the UK, that the only way to adapt VGA to RJ45 (as this does) was to purchase an £80 independantly powered adapter, and that without that power supply there would be no signal. Garbge - this does the job with no additional power or anything else for that matter (except the obvious requirement for the cable inbetween). That said, the calims
If you want to have the freedom to move a screen/projector some distance from the display source this is exactly what you need - just remember to get two of them

works well on a tablet with android, android applications download faster.tested in a Onda tablet with Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean)
was sensational to have found a mini usb adapter that was to buy a USB standard to lan and I would need a cable otg to use on my tablet.
-not need to use the CD that comes with the driver-signal is cut when the tablet is in suspension, but just go to settings-disable and re-enable the box to ethernet connection. ready.

Just got this today. It has a Realtek RTL8168C chipset. I went straight to the Realtek site and downloaded the latest driver for Windows 7. Rather than using the included driver CD. It installed perfectly on win7 x64. There are a lot of options in the device manager under advanced for this card which is nice.I've done some basic file copy tests and managed to max out the card out at 99% of 1GB for about 5 minutes without any issues. The card doesn't seem to get hot, just a little warm as you'd expect. So far I'm very happy.
I will use this for doing network captures by bridging this and the onboard network interface on my laptop.

There a few positive aspects: First of all, the connectors are good. Secondly, it is small and easy to use. Next. the cable is though.
Mid the length of the cable. You may be confused. This is a small extension. It will be used if you are lacking a few centimeters.
Good quality, good price, easy to use.
