  • Bright, dual mode

I was surprised how bright it was when I first got it! It's perfect with the side LED's for most housings. At night its simply stunning.
Was a great buy. My tail lights are tinted so it dulls the brightness out a bit unfortunately, but if you had clear lens/housings this would be even better.
Just didn't like the daytime performance.
  • Red, direct and nice!

A nice, direct red light, prefect to use behind for example the "Oil Pressure"-indicator in your car. I also use mine behind the A/C, the speedometer, ashtray etc etc because my Audi use red light, and it looks nice.Fits easily in the T5-sockets!
Opened one of these to check for resistor, and I found what I was looking for. Along with a diode on the other "leg" of the LED :] I did not measure the ohm-value of the resistor, but I think this should handle the alternator nice!
Great, cheap, useful, good quality - what else do you need? Go get it!

Looks like regular bulb. Good quality.
Looks like regular bulb. Good quality. It's not a con but it did not fit my Honda Accord. Honda's use different socket type.

  • A great deal

Bright Red LED. As auxiliary marker lights, these are sufficientInexpensive - "why not"?Pleasant RED LED and "fast" - not "slow" like old-school incandescent bulbs. Showed them to a friend and his response was "cool..... very cool".
Would like to see DX offer some of these bulbs in the old 60s/70s era bayonet-mount bulb base.
I'm only out 2 dollars and I'll find some use for these, perhaps for kids' projects. I like the inexpensive LEDs on DX - buy 'em and if you don't like 'em you're not out a bunch of money
