  • This was the best compared to the other similar ones

I've bought three different adapters on Deal Extreme and I must say this is the only one that I'm satisfied with. The round plug at the end is big enough so I can use it with my old Western Digital external hard drive. The other two had smaller plugs which I couldn't push into the drive.
I wanted an adapter that has the electric plug built in but this was the only one that had the round plug big enough for my drive. I'm not sure how the good inner quality is but this is the only one that worked for me.
Buy it if you need something like this.
  • Exactly what I want.

The price is cheap. It can switch on & off by just pushing the Red button. (3Amp fuse inside) The quality is good. It's quite small & handy.
This is exactly what I want; I am taking the risk of purchasing this for my Car Cam (Blackvue) cos I don’t know whether it fit in the 1st place & don’t really know what the specification means.(Only by looking at the pictures) Now it fit well & able to use it.
Just a very simple device, plug in & use it. No need to pay for installation charges for running the wire for my car cam. For the price, I can even purchase more with no sweat at all. Only shipping takes a bit of my time.

Decent build quality, working as described. I using it in conjunction with my Sysmax IntellyCharger i4 Mk2. This set allows me to charge different types of batteries when I'm out of home, on the road in my car. I own it for more than nine months. It is very practical to have capability to charge batteries out of home, far a way from wall power sockets!I can recommend this product.
Good, reliable power adapter, work as it should!

  • Great standalone, flexible GPS logger

You can decide how you want to supply power. I used 4 800mah eneloops in a usb power pack and the runtime was just over 16 hours, a draw of roughly 50ma at 5v, or 250mW. With 4 AA 2000mah eneloops, the time should scale up to almost 2 days. Logging once per second, there is enough memory for 27h46m (100,000 points). Up that to twice per minute, and it'll log for a month. You can also set it up to only log over a certain speed, or after a minimum change in distance from the last point.I have gotten a lock in <60s every time I've used it so far.
The software on the CD is outdated and google maps is broken. See the link in the comments for a new version that fixes this.
A great buy. Cant wait to try it out on my RC plane, or mail it to a friend and see if I can track the mailman :p

    - It's a great power supply as you can adjust the voltage
    - It comes with a lot of connectors and options
    - You can reverse polarity by switching the pins on the terminal connector, giving you a wide possibility to connect a large amount of devices
    - It has a normal USB port, convenient for charging a mobile phone, PDA, etc. which is rated to 1 Amp.
    - It's easy to connect to the car through the simple power jack of your lighter
    - You need to be careful when using it so that you select the correct and desired voltage and also you must observe the correct polarity. Failing to do this could lead to breaking your device.
    - It's easy to use, supplies ~ 80W of power, enough to run most of normal laptop computers and even recharge the batteries (for example my Dell laptop uses a 65W power supply).
