    - Able to set number of frames, exposure length and interval length between exposures- Decent built quality- Cheap
Using this for astrophotography with my Nikon D7000The limit is 99 frames, which should be enough for 99% of users but is still a thing to consider.
Decent product that works like a charm with my Nikon D7000 and it's great value for money.

Easy to apply, seems to be made of quality material, and does not change anything about the image of the camera, made ??exact size.
has a good grip on the screen, however, and pasted as an adhesive and not by electro static energy, can be a problem if necessary remove, it may be left some adhesive residue.
is a good product to be purchased if you have a camera D3100 really protected because your LCD screen
  • Nice Battery Grip

It's affordable and the quality is quite competitive. It comes with a remote which is a plus factor. I like the idea of having included that small thing. Unlike other battery grip that there's no remote with it.
It would be awesome if you could trigger in different angle rather than you have to point it to the sensor.
I have no regrets of buying this battery grip, I can recommend this to all NIkon D3100 users. You have to have this as part of your accessories.
  • It works !

It works with my Nikon D7000.I still haven't tested the range of the signal, because I use it as a wireless trigger to prevent blur from moving when I take pictures with a telephoto lens.
I'd appreciate if the transmitter (not the receiver) would be compatible with the Nikon D80 receiver: only one transmitter to carry ! But it doesn't work.
Finally, it’s a good product, and not cheap. It is not expensive when compared with the products of the Nikon brand.
  • Exactly what I hoped it would be

Makes the D3100 or the, in my case, D3200 bigger and nicer to hold. This was my reason to buy this grip. Does the battery holding as it supposed to. Screws solid to the cam and the quality feels as it supposed to.
Looking back I might have better bought a version which build in wireless remote trigger for a little more money.
I am very satisfied with what I got for the money.
