  • Just an Amazing part for Your Android Tablet

Totally easy setup, nobrainer.Go to to Android Setup, Advanced, USB set as Host (not device) plug your cat5 cable and that´s all.
I use my Coby Kyros 1024 a lot. It´s a versatile and fast tablet that use the same tecnology you find in Samsung Tab 7 (version1).My tablet have a modified ROM (runs 2.3 Gingerbread)
I´m think in buying another piece just in case of a failure. The price is really good for this part.
  • Fantastic Product!

    - a fraction of price compared to retail shops- superb performance, tested with speedtest.net, it's faster than my LAN of approx 15m length.- small and convenient, yet powerful
Bought quite a number of adapters from DX before, 'SKU: 50467' was one of the best, too bad it's sold out. So i bought this product instead, and found that it's actually better, around same price. Though slightly bigger, but that's probably why the signal is better.
If you are looking for small and good performance adapter, this is it.
  • It works!

The product is very compact, works well, is easy to install and use. It supports b, g and n WiFi standards. It's very cheap, also. I do recommend this nano USB WiFi adapter. I am using it at this time!
I had a little problem to discover which model was the correct one to install the driver. Looking with pacience, I saw at the package label the reference from RT5370 chipset. And than, the problem was solved. Excluding this little question, the WiFi adapter was very easy to use and install.

  • Works fine with Linux

USB WiFi adapter reported by lsusb as "Bus 002 Device 007: ID 148f:5370 Ralink Technology, Corp. RT5370 Wireless Adapter". Using Debian's kernel "Linux zatz 3.2.0-2-amd64 #1 SMP Tue Mar 20 20:45:09 UTC 2012 x86_64 GNU/Linux" (package linux-image-3.2.0-2-amd64, version 3.2.12-1), it works flawlessly with the module rt2800usb, if you have firmware-ralink installed (I have not yet tried without it, to see if the blob is really mandatory).Using ddrescue with an NFS v3 filesystem mounted on this Core i5-2410M notebook, I transferred some long (>= 700MB) files and it attained average transfer rates of 1.5MB/s with peaks of 1.7MB/s.Using the built-in WiFi board (reported as "02:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8188CE 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter (rev 01)" by lspci), with module rtl8192ce and package firmware-realtek, with the same computer, kernel, NFS filesystem, file to transfer etc., I got average transfer rates 2.5MB/s, with peak
I recommend this, even if you want just to have a backup for computers with no wifi or with older wifi cards, but with an USB port vacant.
Get one. It is reasonably cheap, small and works.
  • Excellent value, and extremely useful

Low profile, and tiny. This is an EXCELLENT replacement for a damaged Wi-Fi transceiver in a laptop. The speed is good and it does not have any bloatware apps that will annoy you.
I like this for it's tiny size and the low resources it uses. The price is unbeatable. It works well and I have bought five of them so far.
    I would buy this again.
