light on off Customers Reviews

  • A good product

Good quality with easily interchangeable switch and fuse with a place to store a spare fuse which can be very convenient in use. Indicator light switch-very useful. Stable housing.
The product is generally good, useful and inexpensive, but I think the manufacturer should upgrade it to facilitate its connection and thereby increase the safety of use.
In any case, I recommend this product with the bulb.
  • Upgrade your inline switches for dust and weather resistance

Quite robustly constructedRubber seals around switch and where your wires go into the caseStrain relief clamps at both sides where wires enterStandard 3-terminal rocker switch means you could use solder or crimp terminals to connectSwitch can be popped out the top for soldering or connecting
Rubber seals for each end have a cup shape which was useful for filling with additional silicone sealant. Switch only operates on one pole so if replacing a dual pole inline switch you'll need to join and insulate one wire.A bit chunkier in style than other inline switches
An inexpensive replacement for cheaper inline switches where weather or dust resistance is required. Certainly not waterproof, but a decent upgrade regardless. I used these in a 12V environment so have not used the light as yet.
  • They work, if you need AC indicators

nice switch, easy to mount, neon (presumably) indicator so that would work well if you need a switch that illuminates under AC power.
My own stupid mistake, though the description could have been a little clearer. I just made the incorrect assumption it was a LED.
If you need to switch AC power (tested via 110AC) with an illuminated switch, it's a reasonable deal. If you need to switch DC then keep looking - the light won't work. Hope this helps the next guy.
  • A switch that works

The switch is small but big enough to hit the switch easily. The blue light has a cool look. It can be a bit bright if the surroundings is dark.
The switch has 3 pins on the back:- one ground (-)- one which turns the blue light on when the switch is on (+)- one which lead the power when the switch is on but do not turn on the blue light (+)If the cables are combined right the blue light will always turn on when the power is on.
    A good and cheap switch.
