lens filter adapter Customers Reviews

  • Not bad for the price

Cheap.Fits the Sanyo FH-1 without use of adapters.
Great for the price. I don't see myself using the telephoto, but the soft cases that come with it and the wide angle lens make this worth it for me.
Buy it, but don't expect a $100 per lens performance.Digital Concepts needs to address the image of the lenses while being zoomed in all the way.
  • Great item for a super price

    - Feels solid- Bajonet mount screws tightly to camera- Lens (18-135) feels tightly attached to body
Adapter cannot be left on the lens when the lens is normally attached to the body (as you see it on your pics)Using a reversed lens:- focus ris always manual- Depth-of-field is extreme short- Lighting your subject is trcky- Difficult to attach macro ring
Great gadget for cheap 'extreme macro' photography!
  • Cheap way of doing macro

If you want to get into macro photography, then this is a cheap and effective way of doing it. But you need a lens with on-lens aperture control.
    Did I mentione cheap?
It's just a piece of metal, nothing special. Threads are ok. It fits on nikon-mount lenses and on a nikon body (D2x for me). Also, you will be able to use any other lens with that thread size, not necessarily a nikon mount - as you're not attaching the lens mount side.
It does what is says it does, nothing more and nothing less.

Seams to be of good build quality, its cheap and Useful.
I took a rasp and a angle grinder and removed the metal (about 1mm) around the second ring. Now it fits perfectly. (With a angle grinder about 10minutes of work)
With a little bit of work you get a perfect fit, cheap Reversal Filter Adapter Ring.
  • Great macro for cheap

-Relatively cheap-Good build quality-Good macro with my 18-135 lens
Really good item to convert your lens in a macro lens. You can also use this with a 58mm lens, but i have not tried it yet.Be careful when reversing your lens not to hit the auto focus and VR contacts on your lens.I used a Nikon D80 and a Nikkor 18-135 lens and it works great.I added some shot i took with my camera.
Works great for such a cheap item! You will be amazed with the macro shots you'll take.
