    - Nice bright LED, I use them to replace my map lights, and they are good! - Built quality seems good.
If you are thinking of changing original orange bulbs to white LED ones, these are good replacements. Only meant for internal cabin use.
Make sure you know the size is correct before you buy.

    Why buy these leds:
-The leds are very bright it's almost to bright it hurts your eyes haha.
-The leds unit has a great big beam angle.
-Less power consumption and longer lifetime.
-The leds unit is very builded and I love the included converters.
Also the unit is made of metal so it will stay cool when it's working.
Overall great product if you want more light in your car. You wouldn't be dissapointed so don't hestitate and buy them!
  • Finally a useful brightness, seemingly good value

A very bright, slightly cool white light, approximately equivalent to a 100watt incandescent with a beam spread similar to a medium flood. does not get as hot as an incandescent.
Theoretically, the savings over even a compact fluorescent is huge- hundreds of dollars over the life of the bulb if it lasts the desired 50,000 hours= 30+ years of real-world use (+/- 4hrs/day), with the added benefit of less strain on the environment. It does get hot, but I can unscrew the bulb with my bare hands after it's been on for many hours.
An excellent, non-fatiguing task light with the brightness to replace incandescent and compact fluorescent bulbs economically. As with any of these bulbs though, the long life-hour rating, and therefor the cost-effectiveness is based on the effectiveness of the heat sink. It may take years for this part of the technology to be maximized and It will be years before we know what the actual life in real world use is.
  • Bright, high quality

I bought these bulbs to test them for outdoor/landscape lighting. I have only had them for a couple of weeks, but I did a couple of tests to see if they might work for this purpose. Since they will be exposed to the weather, I soaked a bulb under water for 12 hours and tried it out. It worked without any problems. No visible corrosion or degradation. I also ran a bulb in an enclosed fixture for 12 hours straight. It got hot, but worked without fail.
Although designed and sold as a vehicle light, they may work for low voltage landscape lighting if you like the bright white color.
    Good quality, very bright.
