  • Pro'sKit Quality Product

    posted by ASMREX

I can say that this is a genuine Pro'sKit product. This kit includes all the bits you can imagine and all the bits you may need to use in the future.*The quality is excellent, the bits are hard enough to make your work succeed.
This kit, may be okay or not depending which type of screws are needed to be unscrewed.
*I'll recomment this bits kit to anyone looking for a complete set.

This invertor is very small so he can be placed somewhere in the car where he doesn't annoy me, like under the seats. The invertor is equiped with one mains plug wich looks a little strange. It's a sort of universal plug: different kinds of power plugs fit into it. I tested it with Belgian and Dutch plugs and those fit well. Ofcourse there is no earth connection (internally the earth connection of the socket isn't connected), but that is not necessary. The USB plug is quite handy: I can charge my phone (HTC) perfectly with it. No need to use the original adapter.
The photo on DealExtreme isn't exactly the same as my invertor. Mine has only one mains plug.If your invertor stopped working, than check the fuses. Internally are two fuses.I checked the output on a oscilloscope and noticed the invertor gives 238Vrms at a frequency of 52,4Hz. The output is a modified sinus, so not good for sensitive devices like audio or tv.
I wouldn't doubt buying this. The price is perfect for what it is!
  • Shame about the bright blue LED lighting

Four ports, 2.1A total output, 500mA per port if all four in use. Seems to supply more if using less (it charges my iPad fine without the annoying "not charging" message) but doesn't state anywhere that this is the case.
The USB sockets face upwards if you plug this into the wall. On my desktop power distribution bar however this makes the USB socket point away from me, which makes it slightly harder to orient the USB plugs when inserting. The UK socket is removable, revealing a two-pin "figure 8" C7-type socket if you want to run this off a flying lead instead.
Good value, reasonably well made, useful for my ever-increasing collection of USB-powered devices.
  • Cheap, easy-to-use carkit

    posted by superpim

The carkit is cheap and simple. I took it out and plugged it directly into the 12V connection of my Nissan Pao. After pushing the red button for 3 seconds my Galaxy Ace found it already. The sound is loud enough while driving and the person you're talking to can hear you well.
I recommend it if you're looking for a carkit that's not expensive and doesn't have fancy extra's.
For the price you pay for this item it's really a good buy. It does what it's supposed to do, nothing more and nothing less.

Very nice speakerphone, easy to fit on windscreen or sun visor.Really loud sound, normally i use it in middle loud, more is not need. Fast connecting with instruction. Starts give voice instruction how to connect phone, and every time inform by voice about connected/disconnected phone.Have possibility for connection 2 phones in one time.Solar charger is good decision. Devise was charged just ones, when it's come about month ago. Placed on windscreen so it's charged always.
Few times was left in car for night in -20, but it's still works, and keeps on windscreen well. Speaks a lot in every reason.
    It's cheep and good device.
