  • Cheap flash diffuser

    posted by gknippels

Inexpensive and seems to fit reasonably well on my Canon 580EXII speedlite flash. I already own a white Stofen flash diffuser, and the white one from the set seems to produce a very similar flash color.
Given the price it is worth a try for everyone that is interested in using a flash diffuser. It gives a much better spreading of the light and reduces hard shadows lines in the pictures.l
Worth the money, considering what a single Stofen adapter costs.
  • A cool, powerful flash at a wonderful price

    - It is cheap- It was a surprise for me to see the remote sensing works and I can use it as a support flash firing simultaneously without any other connections or accessories- a good manual in English and a stand( with an option to screw to a tripod) to place the flash was really handy !
I am using it to fire remotely, and then with the camera's flash making it simultaneously firing, I can get rid of the drawback of the flash not connecting to camera's settings.
It is a great price and it does what it promises.. and I never thought I will get a remote sensing facility as well....
  • Excellent manual flash

    - Very good build quality- Plenty of power- Simple to use- New version, comes with PC socket and metal hot shoe- Excellent optical slave sensitivity- Camera mount thread on the mini stand, easy to mount on a tripod
Works perfectly with my Fujifilm S200EXR camera.Trigger voltage is not specified, but there is some rumor it's around 3V, so it's safe for digital cameras.Fast delivery, ordered on 4/18, sent to HK post 2 day later. Left HK on 4/26, arrived in Serbia on May 4th.
Great manual flash, perfect for cameras without TTL flash capability and photography students.
  • Great and Value for $$

    - Low price for such a powerful quality flash- Optical Wireless Slave Modes- Comes with built-in Diffuser and Reflector- Zoom Motor is very quiet (you won't really notice it)- Switchable sound for rechargind- Fast Recharging
Surprised by the quality of YN560-II.Its almost a replica of Canon's EX580II that is priced at less than 1/5 of Canon's EX580II.
Though its certainty not at the level of Canon's EX580II, YN560-II is one not to be missed if you want powerful speedlite without the hefty price tag.
  • Excellent!

I've been using it on my Canon XS with the YN460 flash and it fires (or triggers the camera) reliably every time. The construction is OK, battery life is great. It uses a pair of AAA batteries, which is good because they're really easy to find. The ability to control camera, portable flash and studio strobe is awesome.
I'd have bought more of these by now if DX orders didn't take 2 months to arrive in Brazil.
As I said, it's a great product that might need some simple soldering if you want to use it as a shutter controller.Small, reliable, versatile, and cheap. What more could you want? I liked it so much, I just bought a second pair.
