  • Good product nice price

Very cheap product with great services. Support DVB-T/T2 DVB-C and SDR.
Maybe useful some documentation for users,. I use this device under Linux. Current media tree (kernel 3.14) supports DVB-T receiver only, and SDR functionality. Some hours of compile and configure i can provide a nice addon to our family HTPC (XBMC). Now Live TV application added to service. Can use Live TV timeshift and record video from epg. Used applications: XBMC 12 and tvheadend.
I only use DVB-T only at now. DVB-C and T2 not tested

Excellent performance in all three modes; sensitive; instructions are in perfect English; remote control and antenna included; drivers and software good and installed without problems (Windows 7 64-bit); scheduler to record programs unattended; time-shifting; EPG, teletext and closed captions (TV); build quality good; Linux drivers available on web (not tested by me)
Software is (1) Presto! PVR by Newsoft and (2) Blaze Video Magic (converts/recompresses video/audio); chipset is Realtek 2832U; audio deserves to be heard through good headphones or good amplifier/speakers; I receive 38 DAB+ stations here in Melbourne, Australia
First experience of DAB+ radio and am stunned by how good the quality is. The unit exceeded my expectations in every way and is in my two all-time top DX purchases. Highly recommended.
  • DVB tuner for a linux PC

    posted by cerex71

I bought this DVB tuner adapter for my RaspberryPI (with XBMC or OpenElec) and develope a cheap solution to have a DVB compatible tuner. I test it with Win7, Mint and Ubuntu with great result. Works fine with good sensibility. You can record your favourite TVshow even in high definition. The remote control is essential, with only the basic functions, but it works well.
The supplied software is only Windows and there's a license on the CD. With linux you've to try with many SW to find a compatible one. I hope the remote control does not break right away, it seemed very fragile!
A good product with good price!
  • Fantastically small but great - works in New Zealand

    - Very small and compact- Fast to change channel- Works on linux (but takes time to install the drivers)- Picks up NZ Free to air SD and HD DVB-T channels
Bought this to supply the LiveTV component of a HTPC I'm working on as internal TV cards cost a bomb and to be honest don't seem to offer any more functionality). It took me a while to figure out how to get this thing working on Linux - The stick identifies as an ITE Inc. Zolid Mini DVB-T StickVersion 1 and requires drivers and firmware for IT9135 hardware).
Once installed MythTV and Kaffine picked up all the free-to-air NZ channels without a hitch.I will be buying a second to give me dual tuner support. On the whole a great little tuner - would highly recommend
  • All round reciever

Compatible with SDR# and Zadig (RTL).Small package.Good sensitivity.Recieves FM, DVB-T and other broadcasts if you can find the software for it.Also picks up analog cable radio if you plug it into the wall.
Antenna is what you might expect from a standard antenna. You have some reception when you're lucky. Attaching a better antenna greatly boosts reception. The device also seems to 'warm up' after a while. This is probably normal though.
Great product in a small package. Great for travelling with a laptop for example.
