  • Perfect for what I need

+competitive price+nice touch+robust+Switching between on and off very soft+wiring+good connectors
I used this switch to create a lighting system in a lego figure, it is really good trailer has the same width as a piece of lego. It really has fit perfectly.Initially I was a little harsh but when used between 10-15 times happened to have a really smooth change, more than expected actually.Say it has a colors that I love and that was exactly what I was looking for.
If you require a usefulness, compact and cool switch this is the one.
  • very nice push button

-not that expensive in comparison to other rectangular pushbuttons with internal led.-push button instead of ON/OFF which makes it more useful to use with a microprocessor-LED works nicely on 5V and rather OK on 3.3V.-Normaly Open AND Normaly Closed connections.
NO and NC and LED all separate addressable.Although the LED is rated 24V it works nicely on my 5 and 3.3V Arduino boards.
nice useful cheap push button, I'll probably order some more in the near future.
  • Very good toggle switch at reasonable price

Very good to look at, decent build quality. LED function is very good, reminds me to flick it off. I am using two of them in my car, one for music system amp and another for extra cooling fan.No issues so far.
Would have appreciated if the product came in a box with a wiring diagram and specifications mentioned. But at this cost it is a good buy.
If needed I would definitely buy it again from DX
  • Good quality switch

    Very well made
The metal "cover" appears to be stainless steel, and is very well punched and formed. The pins are also well punched and free of burrs so common in cheap products from China. Plastic molding quality is excellent. Nice smooth sliding action without binding. No risk of metal cover shorting to PCB traces. The pins on these are on 0.185" (4.7mm) centres and are about 51 mils x 26 mils (1.33 x .65mm). These pin spacings and dimensions are very common for high-quality miniature toggle switches from major manufacturers such as NKK, C&K and Alcoswitch. The switches are marked "3RA250V~5RA125V", which I take to mean 3 amperes, resistive load at 250VAC, 5A resistive @ 125VAC. They may not be highly reliable at very lower voltage and current (which is a universal issue with switches intended for power applications).
Probably the best-made product I've ever bought from Deal Extreme. I'd love to be able to get smaller switches of similar quality.
