diy led Customers Reviews

  • Good array for the price

A typical low cost array using standard 1W emitters. Easy to use, all emitters are wired in series, so just feed it 300mA or so (don't push the cheap LEDs too hard!) and you're done. The colour is quite nice, no green or pink tints, at least on mine.
Not much else to say really, it does what it's supposed to.
Fine for a low cost array to experiment with.
  • Ideal for your DIY project

The product came very well packed. The build quality is very good, there is no burrs of the injected plastic and even the aluminum plate. The bright of the light is very high, I don´t have any equipment to mesure the lumens but I believe that is just like the announces said.
if you are looking for powerfull LED - this is right choice ! It´s very powerfull and economic.
    I like it very much.

good driver. he provide about 2.5 amps to XM-L LED at maximum mode serially connected to a fully charged 18650 in maximum mode it takes about 1.2 amps. when the batteries run down, the current increases to 2 amps. I measured it all the bad in bad multimeter probes.
The driver selects to replace the flashlight scu 126,256. he is well fit for the old driver, but had to do some work with a file. driver produces the sound of the second mode, the first mode, it is not audible
    good driver
  • Works like the charm!

    - It's cheap but looks solid. - Works as expected.- So far quiet (without annoying buzzing).- Screw terminals for wires.
The adjustment pots are not described on the PCB so little guessing is needed. The coil is not fixed to the board - would be nice to glue it to the PCB.There is no input polarity protection diode so do not swap power cables!Overall quite useful piece of product.
Definitively worth the money, so buy it if you need one.
