  • Photos with the macro lenses

    posted by babi1827

Very good product. The lenses work very well. I've test them with a 18-55 and a 55-250 in a EOS camera. The results with the 18-55 are incredible.
With the 18-55 you get very good pictures, the cons are not really cons, just optical issues. good product. The finish quality is a bit bad, in my case the +2 lense doesn´t fit the +4 and +10 to que the full +17.
A good buy, see the photos.
  • Does what it's supposed to do

    posted by z80a_CPU

    It's unexpensive.
It does exactly what it's supposed to do.
I use it to watch electronic components (including SMD ones, were the writings are very small). I also use it to inspect some solders. Hence, my use of it is somewhat different from the expected use.
I will probably cut some parts of the transparent plastic cone to allow to put it between electronic components.
As far as I can say, the two lenses look like plastic lenses.
With my use of it, this magnifier is definitely worth its price.

    - good quality. - makes your focus closer - allows you to use auto-focus. Most cheep lens adapters that just turns your lens upside down, do not allow you to use auto-focus. - has a nice protective bag
Saves your money! If you are not professional photographer, like I am, and you sometimes need to do some macro - that's your choice, you don't need to buy expensive macro lens to do some pictures.Quality is pretty good, you can see picture in the "Customer Photos" section I took with my Nikon D7000 + SKU.136940 and macro flash attached.
recommended for somebody who cannot afford macro lens
  • Great product!!!

Very good product, excellent quality, very good results to start investigating the world of macro photography, and in an economic way, without immediately investing in a lens offerings.
Missing a small case to carry them, which is available separately, but it would be a nice addition, but will add more to the cost.
Definitely an excellent tool to begin the first steps in the macro picture, taking into account the limitations of course, which is a tool to magnify, not a macro lens, so for the most demanding consider this.
  • Looks like glass, feels like glass...

    posted by kurri

Seems to be glass, my jet lighter didn't melt it :)
    heavy, feels expensive :)
Lens looks perfect, no scrathes or misformations.
hmm... could i do a "lasersword" for foggy nights with this and p7...
Could easily burn paper in sunlight :)
If you need it buy it... but, when you get older you probably will need this :D
