    Very very good quality. Very usefull and easy to use it too.
    Very sharp. I recommend using it with caution and only in soft foods, such as meats, vegetables. Do not use it with bones or frozen vegetables and meat. You can easily break if you apply too much force. Very good quality. Very recommendable.
    After 15-20 days of having purchased it arrived in perfect conditions at my home in Argentina. I had never had before a ceramic knife and I find it very useful. Very good value.

    The knife good, the convenient pen, in a hand doesn't slide, a material of the pen the pleasant. In a set there is a convenient cover, it is possible not to worry that the knife will lie near to metal knifes.
    If covers to ceramic knifes were on sale separately, it would be very convenient for buyers of ceramic knifes

    You have to be very careful with ceramic knives. You can't cut through bones. Can't use them on plates, can't cut on top of metal. You can really only use them on soft objects on top of either a wood or soft plastic cutting board. I think this makes them a little unpractical. On the other hand, I have enjoyed using this knife to cut blackberries to put in pancake mix. :)
    It is a specialty item. If you think you could use it, then this is a good knife to get. The price is good, and it is well made. If it is your first ceramic knife, this would be good one to experiment with.

    It's really sharp. You don't really need to force it anywhere.It's really easy to clean. Even if it has time to get dry, it's still easy to clean. It's even a little bit hydrophobic.
    I don't know what to do with it if I need to sharpen it some day. Maybe I'll just buy a new one, it's not too expensive.It really makes cooking that little bit nicer. I'm going to get these for people with bad kitchen knives as presents.
    It's a really sharp knife. Totally worth the price.

    Well made product with a protective sheath means it can be stored with metal hnives in drawer. Attractive appearance impresses visitors and generally an excellent product. The vegetables quiver with fright as soon as it is taken from the utensil drawer.
    Definitely choose a knife with an included protective sheath for long life. Initial sharpness is comparable to a good steel knife and after 2 -3 months of heavy use is still sharp.
    Recommended for careful user and a good conversation piece for visiting chefs.
