  • Does it's work, but think of buing more expensive model

Realy works for finding cameras/lenses, i've tested it on our survelience cameras and webcams.
Plastic is good, and feels nice in hands. Very good red LEDs, it is possible to use them in other devices then this one gets broken. Compas is very funny, you can make him show any direction if needed =) Nice long lasting battery.
I think that I just got a little bad item, but it does not mean you shouldn't buy this item. Also consider spending some more money on higher models.

This is a sweet device for detecting almost everything that puts out electro-magnetic radiation. It has a very usefull sensitivity pot, that really makes the difference.
I used it to detect leaks from the microwave oven, and when it's started, this thing goes crazy.
I also tested it with a WI-FI router. a GSM jammer and it simply WORKS.
It also has the possibility to vibrate instead of beeping, and comes also with headphones. All in all, it does what it promises, at a decent price.
This gadget is a nice to have tool for every ellectronically proned hobbist, like I am. It's lots of fun, and I'm sure I will find many uses for it in the future.
Buy it, it's woth every penny !
  • Afraid of digital eavesdropping/ spying?

This is a very useful device to detect (and somewhat measure) any devices that send data wirelessly (including spy cameras/microphones), but also electromagnetic radiation from nearby cell towers (I now know that the closer I am to the window, the radiation is more than noticeable).
There are a very high number of radiation emmiters around my house, more than I would have expected. Modern technology, right?
Need to detect wireless transmission in the 300MHz-6000MHz range? Then this is the cheapest tool to do that.
