  • Lots of power and good build quality!

There is no noise from the motor and has no vibrations, so is well balanced. A lot more power than I thought it would have :D But that's great! I used a 30A ESC and it works fine. I use the motor as a 3 lb hover-craft thrust motor, it is fast! And almost flipped the hover craft when I went too fast!!! I'm using a 3600mAh battery with 90A continuous output 11.1V so the battery lasts for over 30 mins!!! ANYWAY great motor and would definitely recommend!! Planning to buy 4 more for a quadrocopter.
The attachment to attach the props on is great quality and is a nice snug fit for my prop.
Would definitely recommend and is a great product.
  • Great little motors

These are great little motors for use in the RC hobby. I used a set of them to build a multicopter, and they work very well. All the necessary parts (motor mount, screws, and even the propeller adapter) are included, which makes this item from DX quite nice (no need to buy extra accessories).
Make sure that you have the motors spinning the correct direction you want (important for RC helicopters/multirotors).The motor might also come a bit tight at first, but it eventually loosens up with time.
Great little motors to get if you have a need for them; they have a good KV value, so it's perfect for lighter quadcopters where payload carrying capacity is not as important.
  • Good choice for a multirotor

    - Good power- Good price- Works fine in tandem with others
I have 8 working fine on two quadcopters using 12x4.5 propellers.I wish it came with adapters and screws.
Good motor with good price but need to be carefull using it.
  • good esc

It's cheap, it does what it is supposed to do, it's possible to reverse the direction of rotation by reprogramming the esc. (very useful if evrything is already built into the plane.it has a Sbec (U can use a lot of servo's in your plane!)
I used this esc in an polaris seaplane with a turnigy 2836 brushless motor 2350Kv and a 6*4 prop, the plane pulls vertical until out of sight
    very satisfied with this product!
  • Good value ESC

Good value for money. Good sized heatsink hidden under the label (remove for best cooling effect!) Works well at the moment but further extensive flight testing will reveal if there are any problems. So far so good. Will report back if problems develope. Operates from 2 cells upwards. Many competitors in this price range require minimum of 4 cells to operate.
Come on Dealextreme, find us some more good modelling gear. I like the policy of quoting postage paid prices so no nasty surprises like some other sites I know. Delivery times are good too.
Good value, would buy other ESCs from this family of products.
