Quick to install, sturdy case.Debian recognized it automatically, the sound is clear, crisp. Not tested for the microphone, though.
This is a replacement for my burnt sound card and it just does it's job : plays nice and loud ( I was afraid of not having enough power ) .I'm quite happy about it.
Nice bargain, I will certanly buy another one just for spare.
  • MP3 Player

it's cheap, easy to use, looks good- especially if you're into retro look-, it' really small, but I guess it can be a pro for some people or a con for the others, and it can have song as much as your sd card can hold so it depends on you
it's prefect for people who just want something to listen their music on and like the retro style of this mp3 player, it's small so it fits every pocket, and it's really cute
I recommend this product, it's cute and useful and pretty cheap
  • Inexpensive USB audio device

Excellent price; works out-of-the-box with USB Audio class drivers (i.e. built-in drivers on Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X).
I wish that the designers made better choices about the audio isolation circuitry.
It's cheap; at $3.00, it's acceptable. If you're listening through speakers, you probably won't notice the audio problems.

Wide range of voltage input (5v USB to 30vdc).Native BNC twist-lock will never pull off.SD-size slot, not micro (fewer fumbled cards).Big buttons.GUI is words, not icons, easy, easy to learn.Record quality is on-par with VHS.
MPC didn't play the ASF files well, could be this particular PC, Windows Media Player did the job.Only real fixed connectors are on SDHC face. BNC are thinly soldered to a micro header. Buttons are soldered to underside of board, easy enough to bypass to a custom tactile strip. AV's & DC-in have through-holes in a row, this thing can hacked to another form-factor with ease.Audio on BNC is a bit of an odd-duck but included adapters are a nice touch.
I shoot multi-camera interviews, connect to a quad video multiplexor and record using this PVR. Gives me a good-enough quality recording I can lay down in a suite and cut the Full HD footage. This small, idiot-proof box is a godsend to carting around an SD tape-based recorder.A bit pricy, I wouldn't be shocked if there were others equal or better elsewhere.
