Nice quality all metal 3.5 mm Male to 2.5 mm Female Audio Headphone Adapter. It's a great way to make use of all those old headsets with a 2.5 mm plug on newer phones and tablets.
I bought it for my wife's WiFi-only tablet that I installed an IP phone. All of the headsets in the house are 2.5 mm and she didn't want a Bluetooth headset. This allows her to use one of the wired headset that we already had.I preferred that it be metal so that there's less chance that it breaks off leaving the plug in the socket.
For a 1.80$ each, I bought two. You can't really miss for the price.
  • Works with i710!

It works with my Samsung i710 communicator! The phone-side connector is not loose, contrary to what happened to some other people who commented here. Maybe I got a lucky draw?
This thing probably works with any Samsung device which has their proprietary flat connector for charging, PC connection and headset.
If you are an owner of this kind of device and want to use higher-quality headphones than the headset has, this is your choice!
  • Almost perfect

Used this on my HTC TYTN2 and it works right out of the box no problems. Sound quality of my music is at least 10 times better compared to using the stock HTC headphones. You'll need a decent pair of headphones to hear the difference.
This thins sucks when it comes to receiving phone calls on my phone. What happens is that it will ring tone my calls over the headphones and the loudspeaker. There's also no mic of course, so if you have your phone in your pocket you'll have to take it out. Not as convenient as a true mic/headphone like my stock HTC set, but the sound quality on those are horrible for music. A worthy trade off if you use your phone as a music player as well.
Pretty nice plug and worth the price. I don't know why HTC does not have 3.5MM already built in since a lot of other phones have it already.
  • Useful item, bad quality

I use them to turn my Sony Ericsson Yari into a music player. As far as I'mm concerned, the product's measurements are ideal. Not too small, not too big. Connects with my phone well, with no occasional disconnects.
This cheap product might be costly. I'd still recommend it but, assuming you intent of actually making use of it, you are still probably better looking to buy locally - even at a significally higher price - to receive superior quality assurance and better care for customer satisfaction.
  • 3.5mm Stereo Headphone Audio Adapter for Nokia

    posted by vilijemk

It is well made, fits great in nokia 80 and does not fall out. After a while connection is good. The audio connector on phone and on phone side is 'capable' of stereo connection after rewiring inside of it,
It should be stated, this is not at all stereo out of the box. It is possible to tweak for experienced user, but is hard to do because of short cable inside. I had to remove the cable outer hole to extend to change it to stereo with soldering iron,
For my old nokia n80, which i later found out is producing only mono sound the tweaking of this adapter to stereo was possible and made it, except the phone was not capable of outputing stereo sound :(Check if You phone is capable of stereo, if not, stick with how the adapter is made
