  • Usage on 250 helicopter

I've been using this motor on my HK250GT helicopter for several months now. I have over 250 flights with it. Very happy with it's performance.
12 tooth pinion and 3s battery gives me a head speed of approx 4500 rpm, which is perfect for a 250 helicopter.
Great motor for Trex 250 helicopters and clones. Use a 12T pinion to get 4500 rpm head speed, which is the maximum that this size heli is rated to run at.I've ordered another to keep as a spare.

This battery has everything you would expect: Heat-shrink tube around it, silicone-insulated wires including the charging ones, compatible charging connector with my E-flite chargers. This battery is only rated 15C, but it doesn't matter since it has higher capacity than the originals in its place giving sufficient permissible current. This battery gave me an additional time boost. I wasn't yet able to measure the exact total time, but from my voltage measurements, I dare publish this estimation:Original "1800mAh": 6:30Other "2200mAh": 10:00This battery: 12:00+ (extrapolated from half discharge).I just soldered a connector appropriate for my helicopter (EC3 female) and glued a loops-side of a Velcro to its side. The battery fits well in my Blade 400.
A bit blind bet because of the dimensions. Incredible amount of energy inside.
Double the flight time for only quarter the price of a regular battery.
  • Cheap and good battery!

    - True capacity it's about 2100 mAh (measured using iMAX B6)- Many connectors, so it's compatible with many RC transmitters
One time I forgot to turn off my RC transmitter, and battery was discharged under 2.5V per cell, so it's slightly swollen. I put it to fridge for two days, and now, after recharge it still working fine. (It's of course my mistake)I using it with Turnigy 9X RC system, runtime it's about 10 hours of flighting.

I bought this to replace the original brushed motor which lost power after about 30 flights. It is lower in power than the Esky brushless motor for the HBK2. 3000kv vs 3200kv, but it is still more powerful than the brushed motor and much cheaper. It is also much more efficient yielding about 50% longer flight times. The motor does not got as hot either.
This is an excellent replacement motor for a novice to intermediate pilot. I used the Mystery 30A brushless controller also sold here.
    You can't go wrong.
  • Unbeatable price for this great lipo

+Deans Ultra Plug soldered on as stock, so no need to solder in most cases+Seems to hold charge well and has huge capacity and fast discharge if needed+Build quality seems fine+Shipping was fast and well packed, so shouldnt be damaged during shipment+Wires are thick and nice so shouldn't propose any problems at that regard
This is a great battery if you can fit this where you need much "juice"
