100g scale pocket Customers Reviews

  • Very Solid, Accurate Unit

The scale is very compact in overall size but is huge in features while still being very easy to use with large buttons and a backlit LCD window that is extremely easy to read.
The scale has many modes including grams, ounces, carats and grains which makes this scale good for reloading ammunition and is accurate to the tenth of a grain.
Weighing platform is well designed with a circular depression in the middle to make items placed on the platform congregate at the center, and to hold the small weighing pan that comes with the scale. This pan is useful for weighing powders and bullets on.
There is a removable cover for over the weighing platform allowing for storage of the pan as well as protecting the load sensor from damage.
The scale uses AAA batteries which is very nice as they last for a long time and are easy to replace. I have owend scales that were powered by 2032CR flat silver batteries but found the battery life to be very poor and the batteries more costly than AAA's.
The overall fit and finish on the scale is very good to excellent. The housing of the scale is well made and the weighing platform and dish are stainless steel with a quality lcd screen that is easy to read.
The carrying case for the scale is a nice accessory too, as it is padded which gives an added layer of protection to your scale when in transit or not in use.
The instruction manual does have an english translation and the calibration instructions are clear and easy to follow.
A durable, well made product that measures accurately and is small in size. A good addition for anyone needing to weigh out powders, gems, chemicals or coins and such and such a good price too. It is at least $20-$30 cheaper than a similar scale locally.

The product looks great and operates just as well, the addition of a pouch and CR2032 battery was very helpful. More so than I thought it would be.
Reading the description and everything about the product it comes off much larger than it actually is. At first I thought this was going to be a problem. But after using it for a while, I've come to close that the size is perfect for what I needed it for.
If you need a scale that you'd like to have on you for small objects. Get it. You won't disappointed.

    - Small and fairly accurate device.- Has Tara/Net - you can put weight and clear it / a packaging / and then weight like it's not there.- Autocalibrates.- Auto power off, to conserve battery life.- Has a solid cap, you can not turn it on by mistake when carrying.- Once again - fairly accurate for the price.
It's a good all round scale for every day use. You can use it in a pawn shop for gold - it's quite accurate.
If you look for one - get this. I ordered few models and i'm pretty happy with this one.

Excellent balance, with a good range of measurement with high accuracy.Encouraged by the presence of the lid, which eliminates possible damage to the unit during transport, beautiful design is not annoying.
Bought as a gift to his father, he had long dreamed of such scale and was very happy with the gift.
Scales of good quality and not expensive cost, this can not advise and put the maximum score.
  • Feels more expensive than the price

The steel surface in the pics where you weigh stuff is smaller than a matchbox. A true "pocket" sized object.
    Pouch to protect it
The scale also has a lid, so that the sensors cant be overloaded from handling
    led backlight
I have no way to test accuracy though, so its anyone's guess
blah blah lets use up some chars XDXD. annoying dealextreme. I mean why do i even bother writing reviews?
definitely recommended, but not a good idea if you want to weigh something with a larger footprint.
